We are looking for a Test Scientist to join our growing team in Hercules, CA United States!
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
* Foundation knowledge and experience with Integration/Verification testing is a must.
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in related field of Biomedical or system testing.
* Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional team.
* Must have knowledge and experience in Biosafety Practices and Procedures.
* Must have experience handling biohazardous materials and/or human blood samples.
* Strong experience in operating and troubleshooting medical devices under development.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex scientific issues.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and regulated environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results for medical diagnostic device development.
* Willing to travel to different test sites/labs (e.g. For Environmental Testing).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the medical device industry, particularly in the development of diagnostic healthcare technologies.
* Familiarity with product development life cycle processes.
